We were established as a pioneer business group in service, distribution and sales of the best brands and quality products in fire protection and waterworks. Today we are part of the AGG International Holdings group, and we are exclusively dedicated as a Commodities Trading Office.

History
Established in 2007-2011
Del Prado Holdings, LLC was born from our founder's need to evolve and innovate, both personally and professionally. At that time we dedicated ourselves to providing solutions to the construction sector in interior remodeling and fire protection systems.
2011 to 2016
In a second stage of the company, a commercial partnership was formalized in 2011, to expand the fire protection market in Latin America based in Colombia, Panama and Miami. At the end of 2015 we decided to expand on our own, and began to directly serve the Latin American market with local offices.
2016-2020
After setting up local offices and forging strategic alliances in the region- IPM Dominicana SRL, DPH Soluciones SRL, Osho Ingenieria LTDA, we created our ASSSET MANAGEMENT entity, AGG International Holdings SA, which acquired all our assets in NOLA, allowing us to dedicate ourselves exclusively as a Commodities Trading office.
2020 onward
After partnering up with D&D Mineral Sources LLC, we’ve been able to provide our clients with reliable and dependable corbogidrate molecules.
